The Challenge
Before I discovered web development and rock climbing, my life was a whirlwind of unfulfilled ideals and a lack of action. As someone with ADHD, I often found myself trapped in a cycle of grand plans that never materialized.
The Discovery
I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 10. For years, my mind was a constant torrent of ideas, but the follow-through was always missing. This manifested as chaos across various aspects of my life—my studies, my career, even my family and marriage.
The Transformation
However, my experiences with web development and rock climbing completely shifted my perspective. These fields provided the ideal environments where my ADHD, often perceived as a weakness, became my greatest asset.
